Concept
I follow proven Staging
Criteria in all my projects and honor my clients in all I do. I
can do as little or as much as you would like in order to ready your
home or listing for sale--from the detailed Staging Consultation to
rearranging the space using existing furnishings or staging a vacant
property using my inventory.
- Staging Bid - I will visit the VACANT home or listing to
take digital photographs and measurements and get familiar with
the space. I will then complete an estimate for Staging Services
and provide a written bid to the seller. I do not charge for
this service.
- Staging Consultation - Consultations include a personal visit
to the home or listing to meet the homeowners, take digital
photographs, and get a feel for the house and what is
needed. I will then prepare an exclusive Detailed Written
Report giving the homeowners all the information needed to
properly stage their home. The sellers can implement the
action items on the report, and I will come back to fine-tune and
take the "after" photos. I charge a flat fee for this
service.
- Hands-on Staging - I can provide hands-on Staging
Services during the first visit or after I provide the exclusive
Detailed Written Report. I can Stage the home using existing
decor and furnishings and/or bring in accessories from my personal
inventory. I provide this service for clients who are unable
to implement suggested recommendations because of time limitations
or due to the physical nature of the requirements to get the house
Staged. I can do as little or as much as needed, supplying
hands-on services for all rooms or just one or two. I charge
by the hour for this service.
